I quite like using Genius from time to time to discover new music, but the trouble is I've used iTunes to purchase a few girl-band albums for my wife, and these are now skewing my Genius results.

I've set up her own account now, but is there a way to either remove these albums from my own account or at least make Genius ignore them?

Maybe try placing a lower rating on those songs.

I was about to give that a try when I realised I can't rate them because they're not in my iTunes library - Genius also uses your online purchases as well as your library contents. Therefore, if you buy a track from ITMS, hate it and delete it, Genius will still consider it part of your listening profile.
