Can I get Leopard from Apple or Amazon? Refurb MBP

I just got a refurbished MBP from a seller on Amazon (warehouse dealer or something like that) thats fully backed by Amazon, but there was no Leopard disc in it nor was it preinstalled of course. This isn't a deal breaker of course but can I get a copy from either Apple or Amazon?
