I use my airport Express as a Wireless Bridge( I have my Aiport Xtreme in another room) My Airport Express is connected to my Home Stereo. I also connect my satellite DVR to the internet through the ethernet port. If I bought the :apple:TV would I be able to use it in the same way?

I own an old aTV.
You can connect it to wi-fi and then use AirTunes to stream music to it.

However, you cannot use it as an Airport base station - if you plug ethernet into it, it won't give any internet out of it from the wireless. In fact, if you plug in an ethernet cable, it automatically disables wi-fi on it (i.e. Ethernet > wi-fi)
