Ok,
My goal here is simple. I would love a development server where I and a few members of my team I'm building could "Remote Desktop" into the server and work on different parts of an iphone application we are building.
So I started researching today and saw this new mini server. So I have a few questions.
1.) Can I load regular mac software on this server (such as the SDK (xCode and Interface Builder), and my mac adobe software on it) I know it is just snow leopard with some server side functionality, but I don't know if this blocks regular mac software and sdk's.
and
2.) Most of my team currently have nice "PC's" (I know, don't shoot me) Is it possible to "Remote Desktop" into Snow Leopard Server with something like RDP? If not, I think VNC would work right? but isn't VNC much slower than RDP.
Sorry if these are newbish questions, I did some searching, but couldn't find a def. answer. I'll be picking this up right away if it can do these things.
Thanks in advance,
