Can I "Ghost" My iPhone?

I am referring to the PC Ghost application which disk copy PC.

For some reasons my JB 2.2 phone is not recognized by iTune, this the 3rd time. I was able to use my phone for a period of time after JB.

I fed up with the JB process so I wonder if it is possible to "ghost" the iphone?
