Can I have 2 itune accounts with iPad?

I have one PC installed iTune with my personal iTune account.
I also have Macbook installed iTune with company iTune account.

Is it posible to use both? My iPad now is with my personal account, if I connect it to my Macbook, what will happen?

I am not worried about content sharing, as long as both accounts has backup, I can live with complete content gets replaced when I use different account, but I am a bit worried about registration of the device, not sure how Apple backend deal with it when I switch back and forth frequently, would be a problem?

It's iTunes. I was able to log in both my account and my sister's account on the iPad. You can go to iPad's Settings> iTunes and see that you can sign in and out there.
