Can I have wallpaper on all the time?

Hello

I have been reading these forums for a while but this is my first post - please go easy!

Can I have my iPhone wallpaper on behind the icons? I have found a bookcase wallpaper which should make it look like the icons are on shelves, but I can't get the icons and the wallpaper up at the same time.

Any help is appreciated.

hi welcome to MacRumors!

i think there is a little 3rd party program which will allow it.

but generally, with a background behind the icons, quick and easy navigation is a little harder!

The app most commonly used is called summerboard. You must be jailbroken to use it at this time. You can even dim the wallpaper to make up for the issue listed above.
