I might move to macOS but first I'd like to ask about User Accounts to better understand it.

Whether through setting up a new User, Guest or Parental account, can I achieve a state where I lend my MacBook to someone and they can use only one specific app and only have access to the files in the Public folder? Nothing else, not even being able to turn ON/OFF WiFi, Bluetooth or other settings.

An example could be lending my MacBook to a friend in order to DJ/record music. I'd like to limit them and only be able to use the app Logic Pro and only access music files/assets through the Public folder.

Another example could be lending it to my nephew and allow him to only use MS Word for some school project. Nothing else, as it could distract him and not study.

Can I do this, or is it too complex/specific?

Let me know, thanks
