Can I install the final ML release over the beta release?

Hey all,

I'm currently thinking of upgrading to the Mountain Lion current beta. Once the final release is up in the app store, can I simply install that over the beta or will I need to do a full format and install?

The seed note says that it's not possible to upgrade.

I've installed every Beta over the other and with Lion I installed GM over the last beta.

Install GM over the last beta. It's the same as release anyway

The last ML version is Developer Preview 4? Or is there a newer version?

The "base" is DP4 but there are a couple of updates that sit on top of it.

Yes, this is how I've always done it, with out issues. It will be no different that I can foresee.
