iPhone Can I jailbreak my iPhone 4 6.1.3 Jailbreak [Untethered]

I have an iPhone 4 with iOs 6.1.3. Can I jailbreak it with an untethered jailbreak?

I am almost completely new to this, besides watching youtube videos and reading websites. I have backed up my iPhone, but I never saved the SHSH blobs (I don't really know what those are). Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I've read some rumors about an untethered jailbreak for 6.1.3 exists, they just haven't released it so apple can't patch it. They plan to release it after iOS 7 is released. Is this possibly true or just BS?

Well it exists, but only for the old bootrom 3Gs.

Yes, old bootrom 3GS jailbreak will always be untethered (24kpwn vulnerability).

As far as the remainder of "your rumors", just not correct.

It doesn't, because there is no untether for 6.1.3

there will always be a tether because of the limera1n exploit on 3GS and A4 devices.
