iPhone Can I just do a factory restore to 5.1.1 with iTunes?

It's an iPhone 4 on iOS 6. I basically just want to wipe everything and restore it with 5.1.1.

No, I just had the same problem, you need to read this article on how to downgrade to 5.1.1 with saved SHSH blobs.
