iPhone Can I make a backup of a JB on itunes before I restore?

my laptop got stolen and wanted to use another one to backup my whole phone on itunes again. what is the correct way? dont want to end up in recovery mode and loose everything.

So I want to back up my jailbroken 4 (contacts, pics, apps etc). On a computer i never plugged the phone into...

then restore it with all my same contacts pics apps etc in ios6 without a JB but with all the rest of the stuff.

Normal itunes backup, followed by itunes backup restore.

You will loose your jb and all jb related stuff and depending on device and hashes you might not be able to go back.
