SO i want to make a event in my calendar show up twice a day forever. (Meds twice a day)
Currently i have a separate event for each task, but i would like to combine it and just have an alarm ring twice a day.

Is this possible?

this will still force me to make 2 seperat alarms. I 'm looking for something as 1 step. EG: alarm at 9 am to repeat again at 9pm. same day, every day.

If you have a Mac (or maybe on the web-based Cloud calendar) you can create a new event in iCal and set multiple alarms for a single event to trigger at a custom time. You could create an event for 9 PM, for example, and set two alarms, one for "9 hours before" and one for "at time of event."

Honestly I think it would be easier to create two separate events, but my example should work.

The problem with using events is you'd need an event for every day of the year. Using alarms, all you have to do us set them once. However, each night you have to turn them back on after silencing them durning the day.

The best you could do is one repeating event for morning meds and a second one for evening meds.

Siri remind me to take my medication at 5:30 every day.

Will build a reminder starting today @ 5:30
Repeating daily
End Repeat Never.

Or

You could do it manually in Reminders

I agree, I think reminders is the best option after looking at it more closely. Set 2 reminders that repeat every day.

You can grab rxremindme in the app store. I think that will do what you need
