I have Air Pods A2032 (2nd generation) with an A1602 Lightning charging case. I use an iPhone 8 iOS 14.7.1 and a MacbookPro (Retina, 13-inch, mid-2014) running OS 10.15.7.

I am missing the left-side Air Pod. The case and right-side Air Pod are fully charged. Bluetooth is active on both devices. When I flip open the case, the Air Pods will not connect with neither my iPhone nor my MacbookPro. Pressing the white pairing button on the case doesn't help.

How can I fix this?

Thanks for the response, but the link provided is for audio problems with paired devices. I need help pairing my Air Pods to my devices. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
