Can I play old games (ie. The 7th Guest) with OSX?

An oldie...I found The 7th Guest in my parents basement, and I would love to play it again - but it's the PC version and I havent owned a PC in years. I found the mac version on ebay - says it runs with system 7 or higher. I'm running Leopard - what are the chances I can get the game to work. Obviously I am considered "higher" but they werent considering OSX when they made that game.

Anyone know?

As the thread you linked to says, you could try Basilisk II. (It's not going to run in OS X.)
