I want AirPods.
I don’t wanna spend 100$ plus on them.

on eBay I see seller selling only AirPod charging cases for $20.

sellers are also selling right AirPods for $20 and left AirPods for $20.Theoretically can I purchase all these separately and then have a functioning AirPod set for me to use?

If they were all original then yeah. But you know the saying....if something is too good to be true.....

Can’t speak as to exactly what you buy if they are genuine or not - but I have bought myself these three things and together work seamlessly. So what you are thinking, in theory the idea of recombining the parts, does work in practice - as long as no one is cheating you by selling you fakes.

Oh man, now im apprehensive but you're post has given me some hope.

Only reason im even considering AirPods is cause I just order an Apple Watch and am hoping to leave my iPhone behind more and more.

Basically once you’ve got them all in the charging case you press and hold the round reset button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.

But if you can afford an Apple branded wristgadget, you can afford Apple branded Bluetooth headset though. So I would only do it if you’re sure that what you’re buying are all genuine but just orphaned.
