I swapped my last iphone 3g today as the iphone would not boot.
I got home and switched on the new iphone 3g and where the silver frame meets the glass, on the left near the volume control you can see the light coming through.
The silver frame is not attached to the screen as light it coming through certian parts of the frame.
I know having this problem will result in condensation in humid environment building up under the screen or and drops of rain or dust will work their way in there then they will blame me.
