I did some very confusing things to my carrier settings and I can't fix it, so I have to back my phone up to iTunes and reset my phone. Is there ANY way that I can do this without losing my jailbreak or will I have to lose my jailbreak?

What exactly did you do to your carrier settings?

Can't you just reverse what you did...?
Well that sucks. Goodbye jailbreak...... Do I just back up to iTunes, erase content and settings and then connect to iTunes?

That link will show what I did :/ I know was stupid
Do NOT use reset all content and settings. It'll just cause problems, including a boot loop. Just backup the phone and then DFU restore to 6.1.3. Obviously try to reverse what you did but if you must restore, do not use erase all content and settings. It will accomplish nothing and only cause problems. Good luck. Let us know if you have any questions.
You need to restore it again and setup as new.
You will inherit the same bugs if you keep restoring from backup.
Its just a software issue.
So the bug is because of my backup?... I thought the backup only brought over contacts/photos/videos and that stuff, not settings I made with a jailbreak.. Right?
I enabled LTE before the carrier update by doing something in iFile. Since this did not work correctly I backed up my phone, and reset the phone, and then restored from the backup. I thought that whatever I did in the jailbreak wouldn't have been in the backup, right? Isn't it the phone that is messed up and not the back up? I really don't want to have to lose all the stuff on my backup..
The bug is saved inside your backup file. Its not because of the backup.
Once you restore from backup then you inherit that bug again.
Some JB stuff carry over in the backup file and those LTE settings you changed with ifile copy over again.
Even if you replace the phone you will get home and restore from that backup again and you will have the same problem.
Your choice. Lose all your stuff or live with the issue.
Wow what a dumb move on my part!... The only thing I really care about keeping is my photos/videos. Could I put them on iPhoto, reset my phone and put them back onto my phone that way?
