iPhone Can I restore from a newer version's backup?

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2.1. I'm getting a 6S with 9.0.2 with plans to jailbreak it. My question is, can I set up the new 6S with 9.0.2 from a backup of 9.2.1?

Unfortunately you can't. If you want to JB you will have to setup as new.
