iPad Pro can i return engraved ipad pro 2021?

I have ordered(online USA Apple Store) an iPad-Pro 12.9 inch 2021 model, pencil too and also added the engraving option but I want to cancel it and go with MacBook air later, but I can't cancel it because the delivery will be happening today. My question is: Can I return my engraved apple iPad pro and pencil?

Yes you can return them but can't exchange them in-store according to Apple's US Standard Return Policy:

"The only exchange exceptions are personalized items (such as engraved iPhone, iPad, or AirPods) and Macs that have been custom-configured. These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy)."
