Will it run, Yes. Will it run well? Probably not, unless you use really low settings. You have an older GMA graphics card that is not very good at doing much beyond simple flash games and videos. If I remember correctly steam will still run, however it will give you a non-reccomended hardware warning, which you can ignore to proceed.

EDIT - Also, if I were you, I would edit your post and remove the serial number, or just everything past the memory to where it says INTEL GMA x3100... none of that info is needed.
