Can I send Cycorder videos to internet?

Thats an awesome guide. However, if you don't want to go through all the steps, you can purchase iPhone videorecorder 3g. With this, you can email the video, or directly upload to youtube. Or you can DL iShare on Cydia....
A new package just came out on cydia called File2Mail that is supposed to let you email any files on your phone.
Ok I have downloaded the file2mail from Cydia. I opened it and found the file I wanted to send but it always freezes on me when I hit "Send" button? Can someone tell me the right SMTP server settings on this?
