Yes.

Find it in a size larger than 960x640, open it into photo editing program, crop it to the resolution I just mentioned and it will fit perfectly.

Its a live wallpaper its has animations when you touch the screen. All i would have to is resize sounds too simple

Sorry! Didn't see the live part. You'd be shocked at how clueless some people are.

You may want to tread carefully with live wallpapers, it doesn't always work well in terms of battery life!

I don't know of any specific solutions or apps, try googling. Sorry

I don't know how to get any live wallpapers but I know how you can get video wallpapers, add the repo( deb.danstaface.net ) in cydia then download vwallpapers 2 from cydia and there you go
.... if you go into ifile then go to var/mobile/media/vwallpapers2/videos I think you can upload your own videos.... If you wanted to download ones from the web or something
