Can I still move back to 9.3?

Hello all,
I have an iPhone 6s...most probably my last iPhone...and I have 9.3.1 installed. I have all sorts of issues and then one I am trying to solve is the facetime, which is not working. It works perectly on my iPad Pro. Can I move back to 9.3?
The error is that facetime audio is not available:-(

Restore your phone as NEW and see if it works. The answer to every problem isn't to go back to a previous version.
 
So how can I install the 9.3?

You were wrong. Just own it and move on.

I am am holding in my hand a iphone 5 with ios 1.0. Doesn't prove anything unless you show how you did it.

You can downgrade to 9.3. You download the firmware file from the internet and hold shift/option while pressing update in iTunes. This only works if it's still being signed (which it is), but only for a short period of time.

But why do you want to downgrade? You should probably try Reset All Settings or restoring first.

Hold option while clicking "restore" in iTunes then selecting the 9.3 .ipsw image. You have to turn off Find My iPhone first.

These past images are maintained on several websites, and the 9.3 image is still being signed by Apple so it goes through the normal install and verify procedure that the current update would. The images are often specific to a device family (specific iPad models, iPhone models etc) so you just grab the one that matches your device.

Again, this is the second time in as many days that you've been wrong and tried to double down rather than simply admitting it and moving on when faced with evidence that contradicts you.
