I use a MacBook Pro at home and a Mac Pro at work, and use MobileMe to Sync almost everything across the two computers - apart from the initial glitches it seems to be working fine.

However, I use Mail to subscribe to RSS feeds, and one thing I haven't found out how to do is to sync those RSS feeds across both computers. I wonder whether it's even possible?

Safari syncs RSS feeds as part of the Bookmarks, so I would think that it's at least possible.

Has anyone figured out how to do this? Or is it just not possible? I can't see "RSS feeds" in the MobileMe preferences, which doesn't fill me with hope...

Not sure but you could just setup a google homepage with all your rss feeds and then it's anywhere you are.

Just an idear.

Thanks for the idea - there are a few services out there which do this, including ones with a separate RSS reader application, but I specifically want to sync the RSS feeds in OSX Mail.

Quit Mail on both machines. Copy ~/Library/Mail/RSS/* from the source to the destination machine. Then restart Mail on the destination machine. It should start fetching new content as soon as it is available.

Thanks - but I'm looking for an automated system. With this idea, if I add a feed on one computer, I have to go through the same process again.

I suppose what I really want is for Apple to include Mail RSS feeds in the MobileMe sync - after all, it does it with RSS feeds in Safari, so there's no reason why it shouldn't do it in Mail...

One more step

Yeah, I hear ya. It would be much better to sync all mailboxes.

One additional step to the last process. Choose each RSS feed and choose Rebuild. This will reset the feed.
