I don't have an iPhone so i was wondering if i could sync the Watch to my Mac Mini?

I presume this is purely to get the results of the health apps.

With no USB, ports the only way would be wifi. I suspect that the syncing will be just with iCloud

All communication and data will probably be through the iPhone only.

Only with WiFi you can pair your devices,or using iCloud like with all devices.

The WiFi/BT paring between the aWatch and iPhone will probably be a lot like the (mysterious) way AirPlay works. Kind of a WiFi and BT personal 'hotspot' between the 2. You will probably not be able to 'see' the aWatch in any other way except through an iPhone.
