Can I sync with iTunes now?

Now that I have used jailbreakme.com, can I sync with iTunes safely without ruining the jailbreak or losing any info?
 
Yes. iTunes will continue to work the same way it did before. You can sync, purchase apps, music and video the same way you did prior to the jailbreak.
