is this possible to un jail break my iphone if they have released them in my country ( south africa )?
then i can update it normally through itunes !
because im too scared to do it any other way

Just restore the phone to factory by updating the phone OS. If the phone is up to date, go to Settings>General>reset>Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase everything on the phone and return it to factory condition. Then you just do a restore to recover you data and such. This will remove the jail break for sure and I believe it will also re-lock the phone also.
 
if you bought it outside your home country and unlocked it so you could use it, then it needs to remain unlocked regardless of whether they're officially available now.
