Can I upgrade the Ivy Bridge CPU to a Haswell in my Late-2012 iMac?

I have a 27" (Late-2012) iMac and I have to replace the logic board anyway, so I'm wondering if I can upgrade the CPU while I'm at it to a Haswell.

I want to replace my 2.9GHz Intel Core i5 (3470S) "Ivy Bridge" processor with a 3.5GHz Intel Core i7 (I7-4771) Haswell processor. Are they compatible? Do they use the same logic boards?
