Which can i upgrade to then?

----------

Can i upgrade to this: http://www.amazon.com/2-66GHz-Intel...f=sr_1_23?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1367694136&sr=1-23

If not, can you find i can upgrade to.

----------

I found this one: http://www.amazon.com/Xeon-X5355-Qu...d=1367694575&sr=1-8&keywords=intel+xeon+x5355 That should fit.

The X5355 is the cheapest upgrade. On eBay they go for around $40.00 each.
The X5365 costs more, the difference in cost is hard to justify since the performance increase is meager. IF they had a similar cost, the X5365 would be a better choice.
I watched eBay for about 3/4 months and found a pair of X5365's for $100.00 inc. shipping (50 a piece).
The extra $10.00 each was worth it to me for the extra performance.
Intel no longer produces these chips, so in time they will dry up (supply of them), but then the MP 1,1 and 2,1 is pretty old too.
Read up on those links you were given, there is a fair amount to know before making this upgrade.
Good Luck!
