Can I use BTMM for iTunes?

Hello all, I plan on buying the new iMac soon. I was wondering if I could host my iTunes library on it, then access that from m MBP while at work or on the road. Im sick of hooking up this external drive!

Damn, no AFP or anything huh?

So how do other Mac users maintain their iTunes libraries? I hate having 2 libraries, hell even more than 2 with my wife's Windows box thrown in there.
