Hi, I have a 2.8ghz Quad Core Xeon 3,1 Mac Pro and was wandering if I could use the 3rd party ram below in the MP?

Front label says:
Corsair XMS2 Pro Series, Xtreme Performance DDR2 memory
Rear label says
Model number: CM2X1024-6400C4PRO
4-4-4-12
800MHz

Thanks in advance.

No, you can only use Fully Buffered DDR2 800MHz memory in the Mac Pro 3,1 and they generally have to have larger heat sinks on them too.
