Can I use HDD bracket and SATA cable from 21.5” Fusion to install SSD on 27”

I just did an SSD only upgrade on my 2019 21.5” and now I have a spare 2.5” HDD mount and cable from the 21.5”, is it compatible with the 2019 27” NVMe only ? I might just use it to put in like 2TB for media stuff.
