Can I use iCloud as an Exchange Account?

I have all my Apple products; iPhone, iPad, Macbook Air and so on. I use a Windows Lumia for work now. What I was wondering is can I set up my me.com email address as an exchange server like you can do on a gmail account so it can push all my contacts and calendar events to my windows phone?

Its kind of like you can do on any gmail account when using on your iPhone.

If not maybe anyone has a suggestion on a way I can keep my Lumia synced with all my other Apple products.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your quick response. I guess I'm forced to use gmail for contacts and calendar so then they can all stay up to date on all , my products. I really don't like their set up in contact or calendars, I love how iCloud works but I will have no choice it's my only work a round until iCloud can sync with other devices as well not just Apple.

It should support IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV which you can use to connect to iCloud.
