Can I use iPad 2020 charger to charge the new iPhone SE 2020?

Hi all,

Trying to tidy up my cables and charges.

Can I use the charger that comes with the iPad 2020 to charge the new iPhone SE 2020?

Is the Watts/ current et cetera compatible with the iPhone SE?

It be cool if I can use the same charger. The charger has those foldaway pins, making it very easy to pack away and travel with… Whenever Covid lifts!

If you want to use the same charging brick, you will need a USB_C to lightning cable, in order to charge the SE.

Yes you can use your iPad charger to charge your iPhone SE.

It's the device which decides how much current it wants to pull from the charger. Not the other way round.

Even if the iPad has a higher watt charger the iPhone would pull only as much as it requires.
