Can I use my Mac keyboard on my virtual PC?

Whenever I use my virtual machine my keyboard changes to a different format. How can I keep using my Mac keyboard the same way as it is formatted on my machine?

Are you using Virtual PC, Parallels, or BootCamp?

I recommend downloading a keyboard re-mapper on the windows side...

Please define "different format". If you expect the Cmd key to function as such within Windows..
