iPhone Can i use SHSH blobs from my phone for another iPhone?

I think i've decided in my 4s -vs- S3 dilemma.

If i buy a new iPhone 4S from o2 & it comes with iOS 6 which i REALLY DO NOT WANT, could i use the 5.1.1. SHSH blobs i currently have from my iPhone 3GS to downgrade the 4S to 5.1.1 or can you only do it on the phone you saved the blobs from?

No. They are unique to each phone and each firmware version.

If that was the case we would never need to save shsh blobs.
We would use one set for every iphone out there
