MB is short for MegaByte and 8 bit are 1 Byte, thus 14.94 Mb / 8 = 1.86 MB. What are bits, bytes, and other units of measure for digital information?

Yes, as most HD movies have a smaller data rate than 1.86MB/s. A 90 minute HD movie with a data rate of 1.5MB/s would be 7.9GB big. An HD trailer in 1080p resolution on Apple's Trailer page has an average data rate of 8 to 10 Mb/s, thus 1 to 1.125 MB/s. An HD trailer in 720p will have around 6Mb/s, thus less than 1MB/s.
