what adapter would I need? I'd like it to be bootable.

That's an mSATA drive, so you need something like this.

Nope, that's mPCIe PATA (IDE) SSD, as stated on a PCB. Won't work with SATA adapter.
It could be put into Airport connector theoretically, but IDK if it would work as bootable device.
