iBooks 1.14 in High Sierra is a wacky half functioning app in macOS. If I open and edit a pdf from iBooks, save and check back into iBooks, iBooks will not recognize the edited version. Even deleting the old pdf, iBooks somehow remembers the old deleted version and replaces the edited version with the old version.

Does iMazing store and update edited pdf's, then allow syncing them to iOS devices?

Or is iMazing only for syncing between my devices?
