iPad Pro Can iPad Pro USB-C to HDMI monitor output Netflix/AppleTV+ 4K content?

Can someone confirm with me if its possible to play 4k content from Netflix or AppleTV+ from a 4th Gen iPad Pro to a 4K HDR monitor and actually play at 4K resolution by connecting it in either of three ways ?

iPad USB-C to Apple Multi AV adapter to HDMI port
iPad USB-C to HDMI port using a USB-C to HDMI cable
iPad USB-C to Display Port using a USB-C to Display Port cable

My ipad is in the milddle of being exchanged and I am not sure if I need a montior with a USB-C conenction or if the HDMI or Display Port is enough.

I have a 4K LG HDR monitor with HDMI 2.0 and Display Port 1.4.

Both USB-C to HDMI and USB-C to Display Port should work (they are essentially the same thing).
