Can is still downgrade to 10.2

The bug in 10.2.1 that makes my 6s screen auto dimming at 75% and 50% is driving me crazy. Can I still downgrade to 10.2 or has apple stopped signing this version?

What bug is this? Have you tried resetting all settings?

So the bug is this one and I experienced the exact issues described, https://discussions.apple.com/message/31329590?ac_cid=op123456#31329590. However I did a backup last night and then reset all settings and so far this seems to have fixed the issue.
