Title. Could one plug a 14” MBPro (M1 Pro) into one of the TB ports on a Mac Studio (not Studio Display) and have it charge? Are there enough watts coming off those ports? :)

No.

Actually, extremely slowly, and if it's off. The Studio doesn't provide anything more than what TB or USB can provide by spec.

I plugged my M1 MBP into my M1 iMac (once, never again), and I got an overcurrent message (this USB accessory is drawing too much power) on the iMac. After the error the MBP would no longer charge or recognize anything on the offending USB-C port, but the second port continued to work fine. A restart fixed the inoperable port on the MBP. The iMac didn't appear to have any issues other than the warning message. But, this combination would not charge the M1 MBP despite power ratings from the Thunderbolt 4 port on the iMac.

I can't vouch for the studio & 14" M1 Pro combination, but if I were you I would be cautious.
