I don't get very much spam, it seems to mostly get caught at the server, but there is one insidious one that keeps getting through because it uses continually changing stolen .com addresses. It's one of those ones that tries to get you to enter credit card info into a non secure form. Here's a sample.

Is there any way that mail can stop this sort of spam?
 
If I were in your case, I would add rules to my Mail to block any message that contain 'credit card' and/or 'amazon' or something similar. ;)
 
You could either set the action to delete those messages or move them to trash. I prefer the second option as I could see that I have them but in the trash instead of deleting them straight. The choice is yours. ;)
