Can Mini support dual monitors?...

Do a search for "USB dual monitor video" and you should get some hits....there are a couple solutions out there that allow a second (or more) monitors on OS X via USB ports. Far from ideal right now...low pixel and/or color resolution, slow refresh, etc problems that are supposedly being worked.

Mini supports up to 1900x1200 - typical 24" monitor or any thing that accepts 1080P.
If you use the Dual Head you are still stuck with 1900x1200 - so two monitors half that resolution would work, but not two 20" monitors running at their native resoltuion.
There are a couple of USB solutions, but they are a bit slow and may not support stuff like video playback. Good for pallettes and such though.
