I have the newest Macbook Air 13" model (actually I heard they just released a new one a couple weeks ago? If so it's the release prior to that)

- 8 gb ram

- 1.3 i5 I believe

- I'll worry about the storage space later if this can run

MAC MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Operating System: Mac® OS X 10.7.0 or later
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo
Video Card: Intel™ HD Graphics 4000, NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 330M or ATI™ Radeon™ HD 6490M or better
Memory: 4GB Ram
Storage: 60GB
Media: DVD-ROM
Resolution: 1024X768 minimum display resolution

It should be fine with appropriate graphics settings. There was some issue with the graphics card and Apple driver issue but that was fixed before the game went live.

Check this post on the official ESO Mac Technical Support section which confirms this.

Just be aware that there is a memory crash issue with the Mac client which is not too bad in questing PVE (maybe crash every 3-4 hours depending on use) but does impact PvP big battles more. I suggest checking through the Mac TS forum.
