Hello,
My credit card company locked my card, had to call to confirm no suspicious activity which there was not. I was told my online acct had to be deleted because I logged in to my acct from a device with malware. I only log in from my iphone 12 pro(not jailbroken and updated) and my work computer(heavy virus/malware protection). I can log in to my new acct with my computer but can't with my iphone through the app or a web browser. This makes me concerned I have malware on my iphone and the CC company is blocking my ability to log in from that device. Everything I read says if my phone is not jailbroke and is updated it shouldn't be able to get malware. Thanks for any input.

Had something similar happen which, when it was finally figured out, was caused because I was logging in thru a VPN IP address my credit card company didn’t like.

Hm.. I don't use a VPN and can't log in from the cell network or my home wifi...

The credit card company is likely erring on the side of great caution. Something out of the ordinary occurred and they locked the credit card just to be safe. I've had merchants enter incorrect amounts on a CC and then immediately try to correct in the wrong way, and had the CC locked. it doesn't take much of a booboo to have a CC locked. Finding out what the booboo is might not be so easy though. I would call the CC company and asked to be bumped up to a higher level of customer service.

So I just tried from the chrome browser on my phone and it worked on there. No luck in safari or the actual app though so who knows...
