For some reason I can no longer access my notification centre. Swiping from the top does nothing. I've looked in activator and there isn't an option to assign notification to anything

Help!!

In fact any action I apply to the status bar (double tap etc) does nothing. Tried reboots and everything....but nope.

Any ideas?

It's actually getting worse

1) the contacts app is gone....completely. Even spotlight doesn't find it

2) my battery percentage has gone....even the option to turn it on isn't there any more!!

Wtf is going on!!

Hard reset and restore is looking like the option right now

Boot up your phone holding the volume up button. If everything works fine, then it's a tweak you installed from cydia that's messing this up
