iOS Can no longer download provisioing files...

As of today, I am no longer able to download any .mobileprovision distribution file from Program Portal.

"An error has occurred. Please contact ADC Customer Service. "

It was working yesterday.
Anyone else have this problem?

I think they are having problems. Everytime I try to sign into the portal I get sent to the "become a developer" page and I dont get logged in...

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think that is because of the new NDA agreement we have to accept. The first time I logged in today it asked me to sign one document. Then it showed the main page with a Require Action link in red which linked to another document that I had to accept.

Then I could login, but not download the .mobileprovision

I don't know if they are related, though.
