Can No Longer Say "Siri, answer with the speaker?"

I used to be able to say "Siri, answer with the speaker" when I got an incoming call. That no longer works.
For other things, just saying "Siri", followed by my request, works fine.

This is with my iPhone 16 PM on 18.1.

Am is missing something?
